Rules for using FanSports accounts, campaigns, cards, and fundraiser tools.

2. Accounts and access

• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in methods, email account, devices, and account access secure.
• You must provide accurate account, order, support, and campaign information when using the platform.
• FanSports may require profile completion, verification, or support review before allowing certain account, claim, admin, payment, or prize-related actions.
• If you believe your account, card code, claim, order, or campaign access has been compromised, contact support promptly.

3. Fundraiser campaigns, cards, and scoring

• Each fundraiser campaign may have its own package, scoring period, lock deadline, card rules, swap rules, prize-eligibility rules, and support procedures.
• Campaign rules shown on the platform, in campaign materials, or by the campaign administrator are part of these Terms for that campaign.
• Late claims may be allowed for account access or support, but prize eligibility may depend on the applicable lock deadline and campaign rules.
• FanSports may correct obvious errors, investigate suspicious activity, and preserve audit records to protect campaign integrity.

4. Prize eligibility and rewards

Some campaigns may include prize-eligible leaderboard results, rewards, or gift card selections. Eligibility depends on the campaign rules, card claim timing, lock deadlines, scoring-period rules, support review, and applicable law. FanSports may require identity, account, claim, transaction, or eligibility verification before confirming or fulfilling a reward. No purchase alternative rules may apply where legally required.

5. Payments, orders, and refunds

• Prices, package details, revenue-share terms, prize contribution logic, and fees may vary by campaign or offering.
• Payment providers may process payment details under their own terms and privacy policies.
• Refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, failed payments, and campaign adjustments are handled according to the applicable campaign terms, checkout terms, and support review.
• FanSports may delay, decline, reverse, or review transactions when needed for fraud prevention, legal compliance, campaign integrity, or platform security.

6. Acceptable use

• Use FanSports only for lawful fundraiser, campaign, supporter, card, account, and administrative purposes.
• Do not attempt to manipulate card claims, scoring, swaps, leaderboard results, prize eligibility, referrals, payments, or campaign attribution.
• Do not interfere with platform security, scrape protected data, bypass access controls, or misuse another person's account or card code.
• Do not upload or transmit unlawful, harmful, misleading, infringing, abusive, or malicious content.

7. Platform content and intellectual property

FanSports, platform workflows, campaign tools, card logic, scoring workflows, designs, trademarks, software, and related content are owned by FanSports or its licensors. You may use the platform only as permitted by these Terms. You may not copy, reverse engineer, misuse, or commercialize FanSports platform materials except as expressly allowed.

8. Third-party services

FanSports may use third-party services for authentication, hosting, payment processing, email, analytics, sports data, fraud prevention, and support. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. FanSports is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

9. Disclaimers

• FanSports is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent allowed by law.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, specific campaign results, fundraising totals, ranking outcomes, prize outcomes, or third-party service availability.
• Sports data, scoring, leaderboard, and campaign calculations may depend on third-party data, platform rules, support review, and administrative validation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, FanSports and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, campaign interruption, or unavailable services. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.

11. Suspension and termination

FanSports may suspend, restrict, or terminate access when needed to protect users, campaigns, payment integrity, platform security, compliance, support operations, or campaign rules. Certain records may be retained after account closure where needed for legal, audit, tax, dispute-resolution, fraud-prevention, campaign, or prize-eligibility purposes.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the platform, business, legal requirements, or campaign workflows change. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
